IP Camera Demo FAQ
1. Why do I need to use MS Browser?The cameras use ActiveX controls that help performance. Other browsers may work with optional add-in programs, but have not been tested.
2. How many cameras can I manage?
You can manage up to 16 cameras at any one time with SecureView (the optional software).
3. What upload speed must I have?
It depends on how many cameras you want to monitor and how fast you have them refresh. You can check you Internet speed at: http://www.whatismyip.com/speedtest/index.aspYou should have at least 900kbps upload speed to see decent performance.
4. Can I view it on my mobile device?
Yes and No. If you device supports MS Mobile OS, then when you install the ActiveX control, you would be able to view your cameras.
